Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Noosaville Business Association Incorporated (NBA) will be held 5:00 pm Thursday, 21st November, 2024, at Bounce Noosa, 14 Mary St, Noosaville, 4566

We also invite you to stay for a couple of drinks after the AGM to welcome in the new Committee.

As always, whilst we have a hard working Committee, we are always seeking members with enthusiasm and available time to fill positions, contribute to the fresh ideas and work already underway from the previous committee. 

If you are able to volunteer your time, and want to contribute to your business community then please nominate. Plans are in progress for the next year and with your support, the NBA will continue to have a strong future. There are a number of exciting projects happening in Noosaville at the moment that each and every business stands to benefit from.

Dissolution of all offices will take place with the election of the new Committee. Positions are: President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary and Committee Members.

To nominate, or vote at the AGM you must be financial to the 30th June 2025. Nomination and Proxy forms are available to download below.

Note: The Secretary position must meet the requirements of the Constitution, Article 12, Clauses 12.1- 12.4 inclusive. The Secretary does not need to be a financial member of the NBA.
